Glencairn Properties is an Edinburgh-based team of specialist developers known for reimagining living spaces across the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and residential sectors. They deliver highly considered, design-led, and sustainable regeneration projects, often working with major institutional partners like FTSE 100 pension funds.
However, when a developer operates at this premium level—delivering 200+ bed PBSA schemes and regenerating Grade B listed buildings—their digital presence must reflect the exact same level of architectural polish. Glencairn needed a website that served as a high-end digital brochure to showcase their impressive pipeline of completed works and upcoming projects. They required a platform that built immediate, unquestionable credibility with planning authorities, investors, and stakeholders.
