Medway Care Services is a vital agency in Edinburgh, but their previous website wasn't working hard enough for them. They needed to serve two key audiences at once: families looking for a trustworthy care provider for their loved ones, and healthcare professionals looking to join their team.

Their old process for handling job applications was manual, time-consuming, and didn't connect with their internal management software. They needed a site that not only looked professional and inspired confidence but also streamlined their entire business operation.

The core of the project was a custom-designed recruitment funnel. We integrated their existing CRM directly with the Squarespace site. Now, every job application submitted online—whether for a nursing or a care staff position—is automatically and securely fed into their management system.

We used custom CSS and JavaScript to create a unique, polished user experience, ensuring the site stands out and functions beyond a standard template.
